As part of our global commercial expansion, we're on the lookout for an International Sales Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting to the International Sales & Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for supporting Brut’s accelerated growth and developing its international business, particularly in Europe and the Middle East (some travels will be required).
Responsibilities :
Define and implement commercial strategy across multiple international markets (EMEA).
Develop and manage a portfolio of international clients and agencies.
Identify new revenue opportunities (brand content, social video, partnerships, special operations, etc.).
Negotiate and conclude high value-added commercial agreements.
Work closely with editorial, creative and marketing teams.
Monitor commercial performance and report to management (CRM monitoring).
Represent Brut. at international events, trade shows and meetings.
Required profile :
Higher education in business, marketing or equivalent.
Proven experience (minimum 7 to 10 years) in international sales, ideally in international media, digital or advertising (key account development/corporate clients, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of advertising environments and brand/agency issues.
Strong negotiation skills and keen business sense.
Strong ability to turn opportunities into concrete business.
Autonomy, proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent command of English is essential (another language is a plus).
